When I try to log in, the system doesn't recognize me. Why not?

You may have mistyped your username or password. If you try again and are unsuccessful, click the "Forgot your username or password?" link to have your username and a "new" password emailed to you. Please note this request will generate a new password.

Please Note: If you have previously checked the box marked "Remember My Username," you must still enter your password to login.

Do you recommend checking the "Remember My Username" box on the login page?

When you check this box, your username is stored in a cookie on your computer, and is filled in automatically each time you return to our website. You must still enter your password to login.

Please Note: We recommend this option if you are the only person who uses your computer. To protect the privacy of your personal information, we do not recommend using this option if you are accessing My Acura from a public or shared computer (e.g., in a school, library or internet cafe).

Rental Car Reimbursement*

If your Acura requires any covered repair, Acura Care will reimburse rental expenses up to $45 a day for up to six days.

Trip Interruption Benefit*

If your vehicle needs a covered repair when you're over 100 miles from home, Acura Care covers meals and lodging up to $100 per day for up to three days.

Dependable Acura Service from Factory-Trained Technicians5

All work performed under an Acura Care Vehicle Service Contract is done by factory-trained Acura technicians at authorized Acura dealerships* using only Genuine Acura-authorized parts.

Transferable Coverage

Acura Care Vehicle Service Contracts can be transferred at lease-end or when the vehicle is sold.

1 Exclusions include, but are not limited to, body parts, tires, maintenance items, glass, trim, carpeting and ornamentation.

3 Up to $100 per occurrence. Does not include parts.

4 Towing is available when the vehicle is unable to proceed safely (due to a mechanical failure, accident, etc.).

5 If no Acura dealership is available within towing distance, repairs will be made at an Acura Care-authorized service center.

Note: Coverage for a new plan begins when the vehicle is originally put into service and at zero miles.

Coverage for a pre-owned plan begins on the service contract purchase date and at the mileage on the odometer on that date.
